The hopper features a 5mm thick manganese steel base with reinforced ribs, offering excellent wear resistance and load-bearing stability without deformation. It is compatible with rice hulls, sawdust, fermented manure and other common bedding materials. The full-hydraulic conveying system runs steadily with no blockages, supporting unilateral or bilateral discharge and 0–5m adjustable spreading width, with a uniformity error of ≤5%. An optional hammer mill effectively breaks up caked bedding, eliminating uneven application.
Operation is tailored to on-farm conditions, with an intelligent electronic control panel in the cab using simple buttons and levers. Operators with basic truck driving experience can master use quickly. One person independently completes loading, transport and spreading, replacing 6–8 manual workers and significantly cutting labor costs. An optional high-precision imported weighing system monitors material consumption in real time, enabling precise cost control.
