Equipped with a dual-shaft counter-rotating forced mixing system, the machine adopts plum-shaped special blades and serrated main augers to complete cutting, kneading and integrated mixing. It efficiently processes silage, hay, straw, concentrate feed and additives. The curved dead-angle-free tank design avoids material accumulation, achieving a mixing uniformity of over 98% and a material residue rate below 1%. It effectively prevents livestock selective feeding, increases feed conversion rate by more than 12% and greatly reduces feeding waste and operating costs.
Optimized for complex global operating environments, the mixer is built with thickened manganese steel. Key parts are fitted with 12-16mm wear-resistant steel plates, and mixing blades with tungsten coating double the service life.
