The tank is constructed of thickened wear-resistant Q355B manganese steel plate, fitted with manganese steel blades coated with tungsten carbide and high-torque imported reducers. The 360° dead-angle-free mixing process fully preserves forage fibers with mixing uniformity over 95%, effectively preventing animal selective feeding and improving feed conversion rate. The standard high-precision four-point weighing system controls weighing error within 1%. It accurately mixes silage, hay, concentrate feed and various additives according to formulas. All feeding data can be tracked to achieve refined scientific feeding.
The travelling system adopts hydrostatic four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering with a small turning radius, enabling smooth movement through narrow barn passages and muddy yards. Two power options are available: diesel and full electric. The diesel version is equipped with high-quality engines with strong power, suitable for harsh conditions such as cold regions and open fields. The full-electric version powered by rechargeable batteries features zero emission and low noise, matching the development trend of eco-friendly green ranches. Volumes range from 12m³ to 30m³ with complete models to meet demands of ranches from 500 heads up to 10,000 heads. Customization of discharge direction and body appearance is supported.
