The IMETEC leftover feed collector is not a single-purpose cleaning machine, but a multi-functional ranch work unit that integrates leftover feed collection, transport, mixing and spreading. Three core models are available to match different ranch scales and requirements: self-discharging, collect-spread, and collect-mix-spread.

The self-discharging model focuses on collection and transport — simple in structure, cost-effective, ideal for transferring leftovers to a TMR mixer for secondary processing. The collect-spread model can spread feed directly backward after collection, suitable for leftover redistribution or silage transfer. The collect-mix-spread model features a built-in TMR auger inside the hopper; collected leftovers can be re-mixed on site and re-fed immediately, eliminating intermediate transfer steps — the mainstream choice for large-scale ranches. Three models, multiple capacities from 5m³ to 30m³, fully customizable, covering everything from small family farms to large-scale ranches with tens of thousands of head.

Smart Weighing, Closed-Loop Feeding Management

With the optional automatic weighing system, the machine records the weight of leftovers collected in real time, and the data can be integrated into the ranch feeding management system. By analyzing daily leftover volume and leftover rate, managers can precisely adjust feed rations, achieving a closed-loop management cycle of feeding — intake — leftover recovery — data feedback. Feeding decisions shift from experience-driven to data-driven, further refining farming costs.
